- You are good at your job, and the way you come across is holding you back.
- People have started going around you instead of to you, and you are not sure when that changed.
- You have had presentation or media training and it did not hold when it mattered.
- You rush, freeze or push when the stakes rise, and you can hear yourself doing it.
- You are stepping into a bigger seat and the old delivery will not carry it.
- You want a polish before one specific event. Book a single session instead.
- You want tips rather than change. This asks something of you between sessions.
- You are looking for therapy. This is coaching, and it does not replace clinical care.
Two people, two patterns.
He froze in front of his peers. One session later he gave what he called the best speech of his life. His words: no palpitations, no sweaty palms, slow and smiling, fully in his flow.
Stepping into the CEO seat, he went blank whenever he was put on the spot. Through somatic and bilateral work we found where the pattern came from and worked it. Months later, it has not come back.
How the work runs
A defined engagement with a beginning and an end, not an open subscription.
Two paths
Regulation
Breath, pace, posture, and state on demand. For the leader whose material is solid and whose delivery comes apart when the stakes rise. Most of it is usable within a week.
The Root
Slower. Somatic and nervous system work, informed by training in EMDR and TRE, for the pattern that keeps firing no matter how prepared you are. Where it was learned, what it protected, and what it takes to stop it.
This is coaching informed by somatic and nervous system training. It is not psychotherapy, and it does not replace clinical care.
You do not have a work nervous system and a home nervous system. The pattern that makes you sharp and unreachable in a board meeting is the same one at your own kitchen table. The work goes where the pattern goes, as far as you want to take it.
